Summer: Classic Walking Tours

The Alps are the best known range of high mountains in the world and form Europe’s principal mountain region, sweeping in a huge arc from Southern France, through Switzerland and Italy to Austria, before terminating in Slovenia. The range is complex, showing many variations in character, geology, and weather. This makes for endless walking potential.

As we are based in the Chamonix Valley the main walking holidays we focus on are ‘Grand Randonne’ routes The Tour du Mt. Blanc and The Chamonix to Zermatt Haute Route.

GR routes or hut to hut walks are on then move, connecting a chain of high mountain huts and enjoying sustained walking for several days’ succession.

Our guides have vast knowledge and experience of many more classic walks than those mentioned here so if you are interested in a particular walk, and have a group or small number for people let us know and we would be delighted to organise the trip for you.
