Day 1- Arrive in Aosta
Transfer from Milano airport to our hotel in Aosta, briefing and delicious Italian dinner.
Day 2 - Congne - Victorio Sella
Short bus journey to Congne in Val Nanthey. Walk up the Lauson valley to the Victtorio Sella 2588m where you will spend the night.

Day 4 Victtorio Sella - Chabod Refuge (2750m)
Today is an exciting and long day. Continue up the Lauson valley over col Lauzon (3295m) from here you will continue south below the Gran Neyron glacier to cross an exciting and airy ridge. You will then make your way down to the friendly Chabod refuge for a well earned rest.
Day 5 Chabod Refuge to Vittorio Emanuele Refuge (2714m)
This is a shorter day, which takes you around the Tete de Montcorve to the Vittorio Emanuelle Refuge.
Day 6 Vittorio Emanuelle Refuge - Grand Paradiso Summit (4061)
Early start and you will make your way through glacial moraine up the Glacier del Gran Paradiso. Here you will put crampons on and rope up until you reach the summit pillar. Fantastic views of the surrounding massifs. You will return to the Vittorio Emanuelle for a second night
Day 7 Vittorio Emanuelle to Pont and Aosta
Short walk out to Pont and bus back to our Hotel in Aosta
Day 8 Departure Day
Transfer day back to Milan Malpensa airport for onward travel.
Price includes: 6 days with UIAGM mountain guide at a 6:1 ratio, 2 nights B&B Aosta, 5 nights half board in Mountain huts, all group safety equipment, all group transport, office support.
Price does not include: Travel to Aosta, personal insurance, evening meals in Aosta (2 meals), lunches, personal equipment, incidental expenditure, any other items not mentioned as included.
