Booking Procedure

We ask that you please send us an email that includes the trip you are interested in along with some background information about you and your previous experience (relevant to the trip) info@wilderplaces.com Once we have established which trip is most suitable for you we will email you a booking form.

Be sure to limit yourself to a trip or course that is suited to your level of experience and fitness. We have a wide range of trips for each level of expertise described in our Winter and Summer pages. Please do not hesitate to ring or email us if you are not sure which trip is best for you.

Insurance

It is a condition of booking that you are insured against medical and personal accident risks. This must cover the activities undertaken and include repatriation costs, air ambulance and helicopter rescue services and cancellation and curtailment. We also recommend that you take out insurance which includes baggage cover.

It is your responsibility to ensure you have read and understood fully the policy terms and conditions of the insurance cover you purchase, in order to determine whether the cover provided meets your requirements.
