Casaguapa Alto Tajo is located in Armallones, within Alto Tajo Natural Park, where the road ends and paths and trails begin to unfold into the territory.
It is part of the Casaguapa project, built on former ruined plots with the intention of integrating into the village and offering a way of inhabiting this place from within.
This house is arranged over three floors and features a spacious shaded porch–terrace that serves as a natural extension of the home for much of the year. It is a space designed for sharing: long meals, extended conversations, evenings outdoors, or simply being. It also includes a barbecue.
The interior maintains a simple and warm aesthetic, with wood, natural fibers, and a few reclaimed or handcrafted pieces that accompany the space without dominating it. The common area brings together kitchen and living room, encouraging shared time indoors, especially during the winter months.
Casaguapa is also an ideal starting point for visiting key sites within Alto Tajo Natural Park and the UNESCO Global Geopark Molina–Alto Tajo. From here, you can explore the surroundings of the Hundido de Armallones, follow trails toward the river, discover viewpoints and walking paths, or simply enjoy the star-filled skies that characterize this territory, with minimal light pollution.
It is a place to share time and territory at a slower pace, and to experience the Alto Tajo beyond a brief visit.
