The connection between people and plants has been part of what made us grow as a species, and as a society.
Nowadays, detached from Nature and ancient knowledge, we tend to trust our health and food in what pharmacies and big industries create, often ignoring what's right in our doostep, or in the nearby woods.
Thanks to Rewilding, several areas become richer in plant diversity, naturally enhancing the variety and quantity of edible, medicinal or aromatic plants and mushrooms that we can source. And if Rewilding is as much about people as it is about Nature, then going back to the practices our grandparents used to fight starvation seems logical.
In this tour, depending on the season we're in, we are going to look for edible plants and/or mushrooms, learn more about them and understand how we can switch from a chemical world into a more natural way of living.
