Programme

We will immerse ourselves in an ancient forest for this nature-connection activity, opening our five senses to rekindle our ancestral bond with the natural world. Participants will be invited to smell, touch, taste, and ultimately feel everything that surrounds us. We will meditate on the importance of the plant world while exploring its intricate network of connections. We will listen like deer, smell like wolves, and move lightly and silently like a red fox. Nature will offer us a gift, and we, in return, will offer a gift back to nature. The activity will conclude with a tasting of a natural infusion from the Alto Tajo.

How your experience helps rewilding efforts

This activity takes place in an ancient forest 🌳, where we will discover how trees create their own network of connection with the living organisms beneath the soil: fungi, lichens, mosses, small birds, rodents… 🐦🐭🍄 We will learn about the importance of keeping this old ecosystem undisturbed, understanding that a fallen tree becomes shelter and nourishment for all the living beings that make up the ecosystem’s web of life 🌿🪵. We will explore how these communications are established and, by walking in silence: without revealing our presence. We’ll experience moments of fullness and a true sense of becoming part of the greater whole that is nature ✨🌎.
