What to bring?
Required equipment backpack hiking boots or sneakers long pants comfortable layered clothing (from rain/windproof jacket to spare T-shirt) water (at least 1.5 liters). The hike takes place in a hilly environment and on mule tracks with easy ascents and descents. However, you will cross sections with brambles and possibly mud, depending on the weather in the previous days, and you will also walk along animal trails, which require appropriate shoes and clothing. Dogs are not allowed because, in the short time available for the hike, they will not have the opportunity to adapt to the rules of sheepdogs that protect the flock.
