  • Purchaser: Buyer of the voucher.
  • Holder: Person redeeming it (may differ; Vouchers are transferable).
  • Experiences/stays: Bookings on wilderplaces.com only (not direct with providers).

2. Validity & expiry

Vouchers expire 1 year from purchase (e.g., bought Dec 15, 2026 → expires Dec 15, 2027). Expiry date shown on voucher and email. No use, extension, refund, or replacement post-expiry. Expired balances support Rewilding Europe projects.

4. Redemption & usage

  • Redeem at wilderplaces.com checkout for experiences/stays.
  • Partial use OK; combine with cards/other vouchers. One voucher for one booking (no usage across multiple bookings allowed).
  • No guarantee of availability/pricing. Provider cancellation rules apply (e.g., weather). Unused balance on bookings = donation to Rewilding Europe (no credit/cash).

5. Ownership, loss & transfer

Bearer instrument: Holder of code redeems. Transferable as gifts. Keep code secure – no liability for lost/stolen/misused codes. Report issues pre-redemption with proof.

6. Refunds & donations

  • No refunds/credits except mandatory law.
  • Remainders donate to Rewilding Europe (no tax receipt; consult advisor). Aggregated impact reports possible, not project-specific.

7. Limitations & cancellation

We may void vouchers for fraud/abuse/errors. Not for resale. Technical issues: Reasonable fixes, no indirect loss liability. Force majeure applies.

8. Governing law
